Registration

Speakers must be registered for the conference by 15 April 2022 in order for their abstract to be included in the program. For each speaker only one abstract can be included in the program.

Regular registration: 480 EUR (early registration), 580 EUR (late registration)

Student registration: 320 EUR (early registration), 420 EUR (late registration)

Extra ticket for social events: 200 EUR

Cancellations: Registrations cancelled up to 2 weeks before the conference date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.The remaining 50% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred. Registrations cancelled less than 2 weeks before the conference date are not refundable.

Please note: VeRoLog 2022 is planned as a face-to-face event. Should we be forced to change the conference to an online event due to stricter Corona rules, VeRoLog will be held as an online event. Cancellation conditions apply as indicated above.
